This copy belonged to the Ocar-winning screenwriter and playwright Ronald Harwood and bears his bookplate on the endpaper. Harwood was a long time friend and collaborator with and eventual biographer of Wolfitt. Harwood's time in Wolfit's theatre company was the inspiration for Harwood's best known play (and then film) The Dresser. This copy has browned pages and the sections, whilst not apart, are a little uneven. A lovely bright and well-illustrated jacket. The webbing is visible at the rear hinge. Size: Octavo . Category: Theatre & Plays;
