New Zealanders are funny people. They paginated their pages with words not numbers. They have big pictures in colour of the ingredients. They also have pictures of smiling ladies, and some pictures of cooked food. I guess it makes it easier to understand the book. The recipes are written in English (I guess that's to make sure that the New Zealanders understand them) (and the recipes are written simply and step-by-step) (I think that's so that the Australians can read and make them.)
