150 g; (2,) VIII, 74 pages in original light blue imitation leather covered boards. Gilt title on the spine. Very faint traces of foxing to the top edge of the text block, offset tanning of front and rear free end pages, light foxing of the rear paste down. "To all the inhabitants, and especially the unhappy prisoners and convicts, in the colonies established at Port Jackson and Norfolk Island, this affection address is dedicated and presented, by their very sincere and sympathising friend, and faithful servant, in the Gospel of Christ, Richard Johnson."
