Illustrated dustwrapper, showing a man whittling, with black & let writing on front panel and spine. There is a foxing to all 3 exposed surfaces, original bookseller's rubber stamp neatly placed at the left-hand corner of the front free end page, scattered foxing to the 1st 10 leaves, slight rubbing to both the top and bottom edges of the dustjacket. The dustjacket also is foxed on its verso, more so on the front panel than the rear. Internally clean. No other damage to report.. A novel set in Western Australia during its early pioneering days.
