2.1 kg 528 pages, indexed. Bound in light tanned coloured cloth over boards with a blind stamped image on the front board which has been filled and coloured. On the front end page there is what would appear to be a handling marks from cooking. V dust jacket is favoured on the spine section, and has a 1.5 inch tear at the top left of the front panel. Otherwise there appears to be no damage throughout the book. The text is in German. This is the fourth edition and covers all aspects of the cooking, and decorating of cakes desserts, parfaits, desserts using alcohol, yeast cakes, marzipan, mille feu, and has a section on Coffee, tea and outdial as well as wines, liquors, beer and mixed drinks.
