450 g; 152 pages, indexed, and illustrated with 21 black-and-white full-page photographs. The edges of the text block are darkened, and to my mind to smell slightly smoky. The dust jacket is missing a chunk off the top edge of the front panel, and the rear panel is discoloured across the top edge to a depth of approximately 2 inches, and down the left-hand side to a depth of approximately 1 inch.
