Charcoal coloured endpapers. Orange coloured cloth covered boards with black embossed coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper, by Ned Glattauer, with black coloured titles to the front panel and gold and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Air Force Captain Whip Russel was a pilot in the 35th Brigade of B-25 bombers in the Pacific in 1942, they were the proudest of all the American outfits. Then "...
