preface by author. Bottle green coloured boards with silver coloured titles to the backstrip. Plain text dustwrapper with white coloured titles to the front panel and green coloured titles to the backstrip. A small book on the governance of a nation by its rulers and of the people that they govern. The author deals in this in three ways. 1: – bureaucracy as it is today (at time of writing); 2: – the need to evolve new methods of bridging the gap of aloofness between the governed and the governors, and, 3: – the attitude of the citizens being governed. Rubbing to the backstrip edges with a little fading and the top book corners are somewhat bumped. Age toning of the textblock edges and pages with previous owners name to the top edge of the free front end paper. Chipping to the front dustwrapper corners and there is a 1.5" tear to the lower right-hand corner of the rear corner, with dissociated creasing. Quite noticeable sunning to the backstrip, and top edge and front edge of the rear panel and suspicion to the front panel. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [10], 11-68 pages,. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 500 grams. Category: Politics & Government; Inventory No: 0117952.
