Turner on front panel, with gilt coloured titles on the backstrip. Brown coloured tint to top paper edge. A history of English painting from 1500-1780 and using various English painters of various different periods and styles. Softening to the backstrip edges and rubbing of the book corners. Very light age toning of the textblock edges and pages. Occasional mark to the cloth of the board and there is some scoring of the rear board. Privately Printed.
