Softening and fading to the head and to the heel of the backstrip and rubbing to the book corners and lower book edges. Faint flecking to the top edge of the front book panel. Age toning of the textblock edges and pages. Offset tanning to the endpapers. Chipping to the lower dustwrapper corners and to the heel of the backstrip. There is a tear, 1.5", to the top right-hand corner of the front dustwrapper panel, a small "V" pieces missing from the top left-hand corner of the same panel and small, 0.5", tears to both the top left and top right-hand corner of the rear dustwrapper panel. All tears have associated creasing. Sunning to the dustwrapper panel and scuffing along the front spine gutter edge. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower edge of the front fold over panel.
