Illustrated endpapers, internal pages, boards and dustwrapper have all been drawn by A. A. Nash. 1/4 green coloured cloth covered backstrip. 3/4 colour illustrated boards with red, black and blue coloured titles. Illustrated dustwrapper, same illustration as the underlying boards, with red, blue and black coloured titles to the front panel. No easily ascertained publication date is visible, but given the style of the illustrations probably 1950s or early 1960s. A beginner dictionary for children, illustrated, with over 600 words explained. Softening to the head and to the heel of the backstrip, with rubbing, which has also occurred to the book edges and bumping and rubbing to the book corners. A little rubbing to the book panels and very light age toning of the internal pages. Chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the head of the backstrip. The lower 0.25. "Of the backstrip is missing. There are numerous small tears to the dustwrapper edges with dissociated creasing. Rubbing and some chipping of the colour of the dustwrapper along the backstrip region of the dustwrapper and to the fold over panel creases.
