The text is illustrated with comic strips based upon television series The Lone Ranger, Rin Tin Tin, Gunsmoke, Lassie , plus others. 1/4 is yellow and black coloured cloth covered backstrip. Colour illustrated card cover with yellow and white coloured titles. A book put out in the late 50s or early 60s at latest, celebrating/utilising television characters and series in comic format. Creasing to the book corners and rubbing to the book edges and to the book panels. Browning to the textblock edges and to the internal pages. Original bookseller's rubber stamp to the lower edge of the title page. There is a 0.5" tear to the lower left-hand corner of the front hinge, which a previous owner has supported with black cloth tape but has also done the same to the top edge (which doesn't need it) and so its very difficult to realise the necessity of the lower tape placement.
