Red coloured cloth covered boards with self embossed illustration on the front panel and titles. Gilt titles to the backstrip. A book on the various forms of hot water supply using various methods -- boilers, steam etc., via electricity. Rubbing and some bumping to the backstrip edges and to the book corners. Fading, considerable, to the backstrip, and lighter to the book edges and book panels. The front hinge has sprung. Bowing to the front board and there is rubbing and some staining to the book boards as well. Browning to the text block edges and to the pages. The backstrip edge has chipping and fraying and there are some tears to the backstrip. Offset caning to the endpapers. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
