Light blue coloured cloth covered boards with dark pink embossed titles to the front panel and backstrip. Red coloured tint to the top text block edge. Rubbing and discolouration to the backstrip edges and book corners. Browning and foxing to the text block edges and browning to the internal text. Browning and very light foxing to the endpapers. Black-and-white photographic dustwrapper with white and blue titles to the front panel and black titles to the backstrip. Rubbing and chipping, with loss, to the dustwrapper corners and backstrip edges. The top and rear bottom backstrip edges are missing their first half inch. Browning, stains and rubbing to the dustwrapper panels. Multiple small tears and creasing to the top and bottom dustwrapper edges. The autobiography is the author and his medical practice in a small Italian town in the early 20th century.
