Red coloured cloth covered boards with black titles to the backstrip. Space voyage, 1950s style. Softening and a little fraying of the back strip edges and bumping, fraying and some are fading to the book corners. Stains, rubs and marks to the book panels with fading of the back strip. Some fading to the top edge of the rear panel. Browning and scattered foxing to the text block edges with offsets tanning and scattered foxing to the endpapers. The rear endpaper and next few pages are somewhat crinkled moisture affected. Aged honing and scattered foxing throughout the text and pages 87 to 90 have come away from the text block edges and a previous owner has attached them with tape residue present and the pages are again loose please see photograph.
