This book is a first Australian edition of a book first published in Germany in 1984. A book for the cook to master one of the most adaptable of culinary delights -- the pate and the terrine. The book has been over opened between page 96 and 97 and the underlying webbing is visible. Some age toning of the textblock edges and pages. A few small tears to the top edge of the rear dustwrapper panel and splits to either side of the lower backstrip edge. The dustwrapper has become quite rubbed and the rear panel shows spots, marks and stains.
