Photographic dustwrapper, showing a gloved hand holding a surgical needle and thread, with black titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners. Two small closed tears to the top dustwrapper edge along with some rubbing. Rubbing to the lower dustwrapper edge and to the rear dustwrapper panel which also has a few marks.
