93 pages, letter " Struggle for Survival " written by Cyril Littlewood, Director, The Wildlife Youth Service of The World Wildlife Fund. Illustrated endpapers showing a montage of animals and reptiles. The text is illustrated with both coloured and two toned drawings for the stories and for the activities within the book. There are a few black-and-white photographs as well. Illustrated front cover, showing the major characters from the Television Series Daktari, with white background and black, green and red writing on the front panel and black and white on the spine. The book has been covered in plastic for a long time, so consequently very little marking to the book covers and just a little bumping to the book corners. Gift inscription to the free front endpaper and remains of tape can be seen to the endpapers. The internal pages are very slightly aged toned. On page 70 the puzzle maze has been completed in red ink, and on page 65 the crossword has also been completed in red ink. A book based on the BBC TV series -- Daktari dealing with the life of a vet in Africa. The first story is called " Rogue on the Run ". Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
