Minor bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine. Shelfwear to lower book edges and the lower spine, has the cloth worn away and underlying board visible. Foxing and browning to the top paper edge and browning to the other edges. Offset tanning and browning to the endpapers and original bookseller's stamp to the lower right-hand corner of the free front endpaper. Photographic dust wrapper, showing the author holding a still camera with white writing on the front panel and black on the spine. The dust wrapper is heavily rubbed and faded, particularly to the back panel. Rubbing and chipping to the dust wrapper corners and to the head and to the heel of the spine. The lower 0.25 " of the spine is missing. Multiple small chips to the top dust at the edge and there is a 1.25 " tear to the top left-hand corner of the front panel and a 0.25 " tear to the middle part of the back top dustwrapper at the edge.
