a note on New Authors. Black coloured boards with silver writing on the spine. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Peter Dunbar, with white coloured titles to the front panel and spine. A personal memoir of a young English woman's experiences, in Australia, in the late Fifties and early 1960s. Shelf wear to the top and bottom of the book. Foxing and browning to the top paper edge, and foxing to the other edges. The foxing has also occurred to the endpapers but does not intrude upon the internal pages to any large extent. The dustwrapper is rubbed and faded and corners are slightly chipped. There is a tear on the top rear spine gutter, measuring 2".
