This book was originally published in Germany under the title "Vierfussige Australier", and tells the story of the director of the Frankfurt Zoo and his visit to Australia and New Guinea and what measures were being taken in the realms of conservation of the animal life. The corners are lightly rubbed and the head and the heel of the spine is lightly bumped.
