Black coloured boards with gilt illustration on front panel and gilt writing on spine. Illustrated dustwrapper, "Mentone, 1887, by Tom Roberts", with pale brown background and orange writing on front panel and spine. The history of Mentone Girls' Grammar School, is not only history of the school, the changing focus of girls education but also of a developing suburb of Mentone its self.
