The front endpapers and pages 7-10 are missing. This book is certainly not in very good condition, but it is an extremely scarce copy of this book from one of the 19th century's most prominent music editors. It is quite sturdy, but there is just a lot of wear. Size: 12mo - over 6 3/4" - 7 3/4" tall. 379 pp. Pages are browned, and have numerous creases and a few tears. Heavy foxing throughout.
