Book's contents remain bright and unmarked; some moderate creasing to rear top edge of jacket. This is a very beautifully presented monograph of the painter Pamela Kay. Illustrated almost in full colour throughout (there is a small selection of black and white drawings), it offers large and well-reproduced images of her artworks; she is particularly noted for her depictions of gardens, flowers and still life. A very traditional artist, her paintings are excellent examples of fine observational painting; working in oils, watercolour and gouache she is a master of colour and sensitive brushwork in all her chosen mediums. A really lovely volume to own and leaf through; instructional for the learning artist, it is not a how to book, but a presentational overview of her distinguished output. (Reader review) 128 pages. Quantity Available: 1. Category: Art & Design; ISBN/EAN: 9780715300329. Inventory No: dscf9824.
