Books normally sent within two days of receipt of payment. Returns accepted within 30 days, and refunds paid once the book has been received in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping costs are based on an average weight of 1 kilo per book; for heavier books there may be an additional shipping charge. My business is strictly online and postal only, so no callers please except by appointment.
