HOW TO BUY FROM MR PICKWICK

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Card. We also accept cheques from within Australia, or Bank Cheques and drafts from abroad, as well as direct transfers into our bank account, details of which can be provided upon request. All prices listed and transactions are in Australian Dollars, and include GST.

POSTAGE & FREIGHT
We will post books anywhere in the world. We charge simply our disbursed cost to Australia Post for this service. Expensive books are sent Registered Post which costs slightly more than regular postage. If a customer has his own preferred shipper, we are happy to make arrangements this end. In all cases we charge merely our disbursed costs.

RETURNS & CLAIMS
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt if goods supplied are clearly not as advertised or described. Return shipping/freight refunded to customer if supplied products are flawed or have been clearly misdescribed, otherwise at purchaser's expense. Returns to be in condition as originally shipped.

Trading Hours

9.45 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week, open every day of the year except for Christmas Day.

On Fridays and Saturdays we remain open for Late Night Trading until 9 pm.
