Green cloth This is a presentation copy with a long inscription on the presentation page from Edward Dalziel to an H. J. Aldridge for all his work at the Dalziel studio over the years. Aldridge's card is tucked inside which described him as a wood engraver. Also laid in is a carte de visite portrait photograph of Edward Dalziel, and a folded page from The Graphic detailing the work of the brothers. The book would be in very good condition but for the presence of the ephemera having put a strain on the front hinge and made it slightly loose now with the webbing exposed inside. Size: Quarto.
