Francis Buckley was a Barrister with an antiquarian's expert interest in the history of glass. This copy has been bound in burgundy cloth for a library (ex-libris plate removed from endpaper) and tipped in are two handwritten letters from Buckley to the Curator of St Helen's Public Library.
