the major damage is a stain from moisture at the lower right-hand quarter of the illustrated front cover. There is slight chipping of the cloth at the head of the spine, and a bump cracking the bottom edge of the rear panel for about half an inch. Nonetheless a solid sound clean copy internally with only the previous owner's name on the title page. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 108 pages including an appendix, errata on page 105, illustrated with maps, reproductions of drawings and documents, and black-and-white photographic plates.
