Illustrated throughout with black-and-white photographs, and advertisements from various businesses in the region. There is stuck to the rear panel, a circular sticker measuring approximately 2 inches, celebrating "back to Wentworth Centenary celebrations April 18-26, 1959." Interestingly the book was printed without a map of the area within. A parochial recapturing of 100 years of history, with only a couple of pages relating to the aborigines of the area.
