Includes a bibliography and a general index. Illustrated with monotone reproductions of artworks and engravings taken from history, colour illustrated plates, colour illustrated drawings and reproductions of artworks, etc. Bound with what appears to be leather on the spine section, and cloth covered boards, with the front panel and having an onlay on the front panel measuring 29 x 20 cm, having the appearance of "silk felt" which has been then illustrated with a cherub blowing a trumpet, and the title. Brilliant book. Unfortunately, the book will cost at least one third of its price to send economy mail outside of Australia. Please do not order if you're not prepared to accept this.
