Printed on A4, and bound with black plastic spiral binding, and clear plastic front panel the 2nd page is signed by the author, and across the bottom of that page is the website address for the page dated 2003. The next page is a photocopy of volume 21, No 1 of ODDS' n ENDS's 1st page with a review of this book "not yet on public sale but a rattling good autobiography just the same,".
