Photographic dustwrapper, showing a street scene in "The Rocks", with tan coloured background and white writing on the front panel and spine. The biography of Larry Foley tracing how he rose from being the most powerful Captain of the Push in Sydney, to become the greatest bare-knuckle fighter in his time and the founder of scientific boxing in Australia. Slight darkening of the top edge of the text block, and offset tanning of front and rear end pages. The dustjacket is rubbed on the flat surface of the rear panel, and on the creases of the spine and fold over flaps. Rubbed with chipping at the top four corners and slightly rubbed at the bottom edges. short tears repaired with sticky tape on top edge. Size: 8vo - over 7�" - 9�" tall.
