64 pp., previous Boyer lectures. Montage of photographs of male faces with outline of a stylised man with red wash with white writing on the front panel. Corners are scuffed and slightly creased and there is rubbing to the head and heel of spine, abrasion at the top edge of the front panel with approximate half a square inch of the colour missing, stain as if from water damage to the first two pages, and to the verso of the rear panel and the rear panel. Inscribed on the title page "for Julian Phillips with the warmest of good wishes Zelman" The 1969 Boyer lecture, given by Zelman Cowen -- on the privacy of the individual.
