Some of those sympathisers are both British and American. 50 years later a U-boat is discovered at Thunder point in the Caribbean. It sends shudders through British Secret Service, so much so they employee Sean Dillon to retrieve the case. But already a high placed official has contacted a collaborator in the Caribbean ....
