It was part of a private library and has notations on the rear paste-down designating it as such. The remains of the dustwrapper have been pasted to the front board and the fold over blurb has been pasted to the free front and paper. The book is heavily rubbed, chipped, frayed, worn. The spine gutter edges have some splits, the underlying webbing is visible. The front and rear hinges are also cracked, again underlying webbing is visible and the rear paste-down shows the results of some insect activity. Previous owners details to the title page.
