Minor bumping to the backstrip edges and rubbing to the book corners. Shelf marking to the lower book edges and slight cocking of the spine. Very light age toning of the text block edges and internal text. Black and white illustrated dustwrapper with a red background, the illustrations being executed by Francois Peron. White titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing and creasing to the dustwrapper edges and there is a small nick to the lower left-hand corner of the front dustwrapper panel. A few marks and rubs to the laminate of the dustwrapper. Black-and-white photograph of the author to the rear fold over panel.
