312 pages, last 2 blank, A Note on the Author. 1/4 aqua coloured spine with gilt and silver writing. 3/4 blue coloured boards with silver writing on the front panel. Blue coloured tint to the top text block edge. Bumping and rubbing along with some discolouration to the head and to the heel of the backstrip. Light age toning and some marks to the text block edge. Fading and browning to the top and bottom edges. Shelf wear to the lower book edges. Dust marks to the top book edge. Some scuffing to the book panels. Offset tanning to the endpapers and light age toning to the internal pages. There is a stain to the lower page edge that starts at page 111 through to page 127. To the lower edge of the rear panel are two small areas of rubbing where underlying board is visible. Plain text dustwrapper, with a blue, yellow green and grey, alternative stripe background with white writing on the front panel and white and yellow on the spine. Rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the head and to the heel of the backstrip. Rubbing and creasing to the top and bottom dustwrapper edges. There is a 0.25 " tear to the top right-hand corner of the rear panel. Scuffing and marking to the dustwrapper panels along with some rubbing. The back strip has become a little darkened. There is a three cornered tear to the backstrip 5 " from the top edge. Basically, the dustwrapper is showing its age. The second novel in the " Rabbit " sequence.
