introduction by author. The text is illustrated with numerous examples of double entry bookkeeping. On the rear paste down there is an advertisement for "Norwich Fire Office". Maroon coloured boards with gilt coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. A book for Australian station owners and farmers for their account keeping in the early part of the 20th century. A true blast from the past. The book is showing its age and use. It's incredibly rubbed, faded and marked. Rubbing and chipping to the corners of the book and to the head and to the heel of the spine. Sun damage has caused such devastation as a complete fading of the gilt titles on the spine and of the cloth of the spine. The gilt on the front cover is also very rubbed and faded. Browning to the text block edges. The head and heel of the spine are very frayed. Browning and other marks to the end papers and browning to the pages, previous owner has placed their stamp on the front paste down, free front endpaper, title page, introduction page and rear paste down. Spine is very slightly cocked. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [7], 8 - 188, [2 – further titles from author] pages,. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1.
