Green coloured covers with black coloured titles to the front panel. A book on appreciation of the Literary Gift by a professor of classical literature in the University of Melbourne in 1900. The edges of the book are somewhat crumpled and chipped and there has been fading to the front and back panels, with only the very middle of the covers untouched. Chipping to the spine and two repeats edges. This book is an ex-library book and on the front cover, rear cover, title page, last page and verso of the rear panel, along with pages 9, 13, 17, 31, 39, are stamped "Huntingtower Library". There is also ink notation on the lower left hand corner of the front panel, and on the title page. Paper edges of title page and the next page has been affected by insects as has the last page of the book. Internal pages are brown, and there has been underlining in pencil throughout the book.
