Illustrated dustwrapper, showing a map Australia with various enterprises within, with white background and black & blue writing on front panel and spine. Nancy Phelan found in the late 1960s that she had done the majority of her travelling overseas. She set out to find out who the 'real Australian' was. This book is the result of that search. Corners marginally rubbed and there are dust marks to the top paper edge. The previous owner has decorated the internal endpapers with either written 'sayings', paper clippings which have been pasted to the paper or other pasted illustrations. Dustwrapper is rubbed and faded, particularly noticeable on front panel for the top 2" and along the front fold over edge. Chipping along the top dustwrapper edge and both edges of front fold over have been clipped in a triangular fashion. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. XII, 220 pages, last blank, .
