Highlights include two double-page illustrations of cavalry training at West Point, views of the ill-fated battleship Maine, and a double-page spread on the geography and architecture of Cincinnati. Condition of this book: Covers loose and substantially worn, spine generally poor, backstrip missing a chunk. Interior very good with sporadic tears at edges, a few minor stains and tears at edges. Size: Large Folio (bigger than A3). Text contains marks and notes scattered throughout, in pencil. Front and back boards both detached. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
