For the wealthy Londoner looking to establish a country estate, starting from scratch, "and more particularly for the use of ladies," says the title page. Author had numerous books in garden design and villa architecture. This one not in Avery cat. Condition of this book: Rubbed at edges, foxed endpages, very good and sound. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
