The illustrations including 2 woodblock prints (the rest are lithographs). A double-page print of the famous blind-men-with-elephant fable is half woodblock, half lithograph so you can study the two processes side by side. Condition of this book: Small tan stain at bottom edge, jacket has a few short tears at edges, overall near fine. Size: Quarto. 286. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
