Mostly about the Chicago fire, although fires in other parts of the Midwest are discussed toward the end of the book. Condition of this book: Spine ends fraying, boards discolored, front hinge cracked, folding map is poor because of tears, but has lost no content. Clean, no foxing, overall good but no better. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
