Part of the American Guide Series created by the Works Progress Administration during the Depression to give work to unemployed writers and photographers. Condition of this book: Very good with light wear at covers' edges, jacket has short tears at edges and along folds, internally reinforced with binder's tape. Preserved in Brodart. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
