Laid in is a former owner's index on five typewritten pages. See Dornbusch V.3, 3002. Condition of this book: Boards sunned at spine, rubbed at corners, with small losses at spine ends. Penciled note on title page, maps have tape repairs at torn seams. Overall very good. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
