Selden Society Lecture delivered in the Old Hall of London's Lincoln's Inn by One volume in the series "Selden Society Lectures". The Selden Society was founded in 1887 with the stated purpose: "To encourage the study and advance the knowledge of the History of English Law." Each volume is handsomely produced and bound, and each represents a classic of English Jurisprudence. The condition of this volume is pretty well pristine, coming from a large and well-kept law and jurisprudence library of a retired Barrister. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text is in German. Item Type: Ephemera, small booklet or pamphlet, limited pages. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Slight foxing front/rear pages, but body of book mostly clean and unfoxed. Edges browned slightly.
