305pp text + 513 separate photographs; Second edition; Text written entirely in Italian; This wonderful two-volume set has information on many of the Italian villas in the area, along with fantastic photos of the homes; Both books are in incredible condition, with virtually no wear, and appearing largely unread; The DJ's are paper, and do have some stains, primarily on the spines; One of the DJ's has a small (1/4") hole around the middle of the spine; These come in a cardboard slipcover that is white with black and red lettering on its faces, and red on all sides; The slipcover does have substantial soiling and there is a large crack along the top edge that mostly separates the top from the face; There is a small chip out of the slipcover along the side; This set is extremely heavy and may require additional shipping charges; Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
