277pp; Blue boards with orange lettering; Some rubbing on the corners, and an extra orange streak along the spine; Pages are yellowed, but are still tight; I did find an "X" on pg. 213 over the names of the top 5 officers of Monongahela Lodge No. 127, Pa. My guess is that a previous owner didn't like those guys. Nevertheless, I can't find any other markings in the book; There is both a previous owner's bookplate and label (different owner) on the fep; Also available in this bookstore is "Public Opinion and the Steel Strike"; Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
